As the end of year 2022 is approaching, we want to thank all of you for a fantastic year! You singled us out and that means a lot to us. We are proud of being an Australian company protecting our clients’ assets, our communities and our environment.
We want to express our gratitude for the support we received since January 2021 when exci (formerly known as Fireball.International) live-streamed a demonstration of its innovative early bushfire detection technology in collaboration with QFES, Helitak and McDermott Helicopter at the Noosaville airfield to exci’s key stakeholders from all over the world.
It was the first time an AI-powered early bushfire detection system demonstrated how it detects bushfires within minutes after ignition. It was also a first time for Australians on the Sunshine Coast to see with their own eyes the capabilities of an AI-based bushfire detection technology. We are so proud of having shared that with over 300 people globally online and more than 100 attendees who were personally present. Thank you so much for this opportunity.
The success of exci’s early bushfire/wildfire detection service is based on the relationships we have built with you over the last three years since exci was founded. We wouldn’t have made all the achievements without you! Over this past year we changed our team, added new staff, clients, and partners. We are grateful for working for you, and with you. Throughout our journey, it was most important to us to walk the talk because actions speak louder than words.
This year has been filled with a multitude of both challenges and victories. Every year is different, but this one has been filled with more change than usual. We persevered together and came out stronger.
As the end of the year approaches, we know many challenges will be ahead. 2022 was actually all about 2023, in an extraordinary way. It made us stronger, smarter and more powerful for all the new opportunities ahead of us. We can’t tell you everything that’s coming in 2023, but take our word for it – it will be exciting.
